Auxiliary Vicar

In August, the Auxiliary Vicar of the Prelature of Opus Dei, Msgr. Mariano Fazio, visited Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago and the Dominican Republic, where he met with faithful of the Work and friends to transmit the Prelate’s closeness and urge forward the apostolates.

On September 29, he took part in a round table discussion in Valencia on the occasion of the presentation of the new website escriva.org.

On October 21, he gave a conference entitled Giving hope to a world that has lost hope, as part of the Pastoral Days for the Diocese of Getafe, in Spain.

On November 8, he presented his book Liberté pour aimer á travers les classiques, in a colloquium with the philosopher Rémi Brague, at the Collège des Bernardins, in Paris. The following days he met with people involved in the apostolates of Opus Dei in Paris and Brussels.

At the beginning of December, he met with faithful of the Work in Buenos Aires and in Asuncion (Paraguay).
