Fifty students from the Residenza Universitaria delle Peschiere in Genoa organized a day of solidarity entitled “An additional two hundred guests at the table.” It involved the preparation of a lunch for 130 elderly people living alone and other people living in poverty, offering them at the same time a bit of companionship. The initiative had the assistance of the community of San Egidio, which placed at their disposal a garden in the village of Albaro. The university students made the event more enjoyable with an outdoor musical presentation.
