Establishment of the Region of Colombia and Ecuador
With the following decree of the Prelate, dated June 11, the circumscriptions of the Region of Colombia and the Quasi-Region of Ecuador were unified and now constitute a single circumscription under the name Region of Colombia and Ecuador:
