Establishment of the Eastern and Southern Africa Circumscription
With the following decree of the Prelate, dated April 23, the circumscriptions of the Delegation of Southern Africa (South Africa) and the Quasi-Region of Southern Africa (territories of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania) were unified, constituting the new circumscription of the Region of Eastern and Southern Africa:
