A Relic in Corigliano-Rossano (Italy)
On Sunday, December 8, feast of the Immaculate Conception, Father Alfonso Guijarro, a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei, presented a relic of St. Josemaría to Fr. Giovanni Filippelli, chaplain of the Nicola Giannettasio Hospital in Corigliano Rossano and director of pastoral health care for the archdiocese of Rossano Cariati (Calabria, Italy).
The Mass celebrated by Fr. Alfonso in the hospital chapel was attended by many lay faithful (especially doctors and health care workers), as well as by some nuns.
The relic, placed in a teak box, will be installed soon in the hospital chapel, for the veneration of the faithful.
