On November 12, the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes in Concepción held a ceremony with the blessing of an image of St. Josemaría. The initiative came from the parish priest, Fr. Claudio: “I was motivated by my admiration for St. Josemaría, a saint who has been a great inspiration in my priestly vocation,” he said. “He has been very important to me since my seminary days.” The sculpture is the work of Heraclio Guevara, an artist based in Quito.
