With the decree of the Prelate of September 14, 2022, the Delegations of Mexico and El Bajio have been suppressed. The competencies of the former have been transferred to the region of Mexico, of which it was a part, and those of the latter to the delegation of Guadalajara, whose former territory, in turn, has been redistributed with that of the delegation of Monterrey.
